Kelly Shaw is a family law lawyer and founder of the law firm of Riverside Family Law and Arbitration in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She is the creator of the SaskFamilyLawAdvisor.ca legal coaching service.  She is a practicing member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan.

Kelly has over 25 years of experience as a family trial and negotiation lawyer.

 

Kelly is a trained mediator and a collaborative lawyer member of Collaborative Professionals of Saskatchewan Inc.  She is also a family law arbitrator, having received the Qualified Arbitrator designation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada.

It is Kelly's goal to empower people who are experiencing the family justice system.  Going through a family separation is difficult enough.  Making your way through the justice system without a lawyer adds stress and can put you at a disadvantage.
